Returns and Exchanges

Hipatriotic offers a 100% Worry-Free Quality Guarantee and True To Size Perfect Fit Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 30 days you are not happy with an item you received from Hipatriotic, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

1.If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
2. If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
3. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer.

CANCELLATIONS

Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $20 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

Please include your original packing slip or a note in your package indicating your return authorization number. If you are unable to use any of the above methods to setup your return or exchange please include instructions in your package as to how you would like us to handle your specific situation.
